I have spent my career in a manufacturing environment and know all about improving customer service and process flows, implementation of lean concepts, understanding the work environment and the steps you need to take to improve efficiency / customer service and reduce costs. In my positions in manufacturing I focused on data driven practical approaches to address issues.
